Chef Benigno "Ninoy" Sadorra hails from Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya in the Philippines. The Cuaresma (Marlo's maternal side) and the Sadorra family roots are deep with Illicano traditions and recipes, many of which you will find in our menu!

Marlo Ambas is a first generation Filipino American in the United States. Growing up in Oshkosh, he wanted to bring something new and something different to the community by sharing his family's heritage and hospitality through his mother's recipes and providing a space to share his other passion....music!
